It still says mods/NobleHUD in the crash log even after removing all mods and WSOCK32.dll? That would suggest there's still mods present.
You could try a clean reinstall.
To do this:
1) Open the Payday 2 game folder (Browse Local Files)
2) Whilst this folder is open, uninstall the game through Steam
3) If anything remains in the folder after uninstalling, move/remove what is left
4) Once the folder is empty, reinstall the game
its still crashing but i just found out the crashlogs are from 2023 so it not noble hud
There's no recent crashlogs? When you say the game is crashing, is it closing to desktop or is it freezing and forcing you to close the game manually?
And there's no recent crashlogs? Either crash.txt or the latest crash in crashlog.txt?

as of right now the game has been crashing more even when im playing and not just on resets and the logs have change to. this is the new log Application has crashed: C++ exception
