Mods make features disappear?

I recently tried installing mods for the first time, not many only 3; EHI, LVM, Secret Achievement Filter.

Now some features are missing, like the commando 101 weapon is gone, some melee weapons, the kingpin perk deck, and maybe other things I haven't realized yet.

I still remember the kingpin was still in my perk deck before installing the mod, and now it's gone (not red or reset).

Oh and one more thing, I'm crashing exactly at the same time every time in No Mercy heist. I'm trying to complete the Keeping The Cool achievement, and it's crashed 5 times right where I was after I put the blood in the machine.

This is very frustrating, holding everyone in the lobby hostage already took a lot of tries and time and when I'm just waiting, it crashes.

I'm trying to complete the achievement because I want to unlock the secret ending, that's why I'm also trying to add mods to the game

I suppose you bought DLC before it got delisted, correct ?

Post a crashlog.

And one more thing. EHI already has Secret Achievement Filter. Just go to Achievements screen and set filter to The Secret.
