How to find your crash.txt
If your game crashes for whatever reason, posting the contents of your crash.txt will further help both users and Overkill narrow down what is causing it.

To find your crash.txt, type (or copypaste) the following into your Start Menu, or in your Windows Explorer Address Bar:

%localappdata%\PAYDAY 2

Alternatively, navigate to C:\Users\(your windows username)\AppData\Local\PAYDAY 2. You must have hidden folders enabled for this method.

In this folder, you can find crash.txt. Make sure to copy and paste its contents into any crash-related bug report thread that you make. Do not post your crash logs in this thread! This thread is for guide purposes only. Always make your own thread if you find an issue.

Thought it would be nice to have a thread like this, so people don't have to copypaste this info every time.

Could someone perhaps sticky this info somehow?

When i go to %appdata% --> local --> PAYDAY 2 i have only "renderer_settings.xml" and a file "saves". Is the crash text is "renderer_settings"?

If there is no file called "crash.txt", chances are you have not crashed yet, or the game fails to write it for whatever reason.

Try uploading your most recent crash dump to a site like MediaFire or MEGA. Your crash dumps can be found in Steam/SteamApps/common/PAYDAY 2. Their file names end with .mdmp.

here is the link : :/www.mediafire.com/download/hsmg4r8d85ffliq/payday2_win32_release_2117156_crash_2015_6_28T18_33_49C0.mdmp (i delete "http" in front of the link, that way steam can not block the link)
Thanks for helping me :)

Upload to sites other than Mediafire (which is for some reason blocked by steam now)

Here's mine every time I try to play Golden Grin, crashing either while loading or in the in-game lobby at joining 98% or a few seconds after that.

Funnily enough, I don't get any crash logs ever since the last OS reinstall around the beginning of the year. Wonder is having cyrillic letters in the profile folder name has something to do with it or not.

Pretty much every piece of that callstack looks to be graphics related. You're probably forcing some options in the control panel it doesn't like or you're running an old graphics driver or potentially more than one graphics card driver.

First update your graphics drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/86504/en-us
