I'm completely new to Warhammer as a whole, but the cinematics and the hack and slash gameplay really drew me in. I know a little about the lore and I understand the harsh reality the game takes place in, but there really isn't any reason women cant be represented in the Space Marines.

Honestly the pitiful incel comments I've seen on certain discussions is making me reconsider getting into this. So many dudes completely opposed to having any other group besides white men getting any sort of catering. It's completely reasonable to want the slightest amount of inclusion here. It's completely possible to fit it into the lore (as I've read) and people arguing otherwise are just stuck in that "Alpha, anti-woke, red-pill" garbage.

Same example with AC Shadows, there will be a black protagonist in japan, so many people complain why they dont stick to history where you should play as a asian samurai, it's cause they intended to do so, why change?

if you want more women in warhammer 40k- consider looking at sisters of battle or sisters of silence. All very good factions that are well loved with plenty of book about them. The thing warhammer players are against is retconning the fact that all space marines are male (because the primarcs geneseed will kill women and most men who undergo the mutation process)

Why should there be anyone? Your stance of "Leave it the way it is" only exists because the game happens to cater to your specific demographic. If you were never represented in games, you'd be demanding the same stuff.

There should be women because women play the game. There is representation for women all over the lore, but not in these large games. There's no reason for that.

Well its pretty simple tbh, lore states a certain gender will do this thing because of lore, people no like, people ♥♥♥♥ on it, lore enjoyers ♥♥♥♥ on them, its a cycle of idiocy from both sides. There is SO MUCH female representation in warhammer its actually insane. But alas little brain far leftists cry at literally everything while simultaneously not being able to read and the little brain far right ppl are all like "women bad" so tbh just don't read it and enjoy the game. I am a Warhammer fan for years and don't give a ♥♥♥♥ if they add female SMs frankly (as long as they don't AoS it and and give a proper explanation and lore for it) , more space marine models to collect I guess

ive said this before on another discussion but this is the sum up.

Warhammer used to be an awesome story being told to its fans, until the Vocal LGBT joined in and wanted self inserts into the story acting like the spoiled child that will cry because there isnt a character like them in there who must have a castle and be in charge of the whole thing basically wanting the spotlight on their self insert over the actual Main Protagonist.

this is what's happening with DEI and ESG and the whole WOKE agenda. It ruins good story for Self Insert Headcannons and Diversity. Quality went down the drain when Every Company Bent the knee to pander to the vocal minority alienating their core Audience/Customers.

We dont Want Fem Space Marines because They have long been established to always be Males, As sons of the Primarchs Like Custodes Are sons of the Emperor. They dont need to be altered to have females to represent women, since there are already female counterparts, SM have Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) Custodes have Sisters of Silence, Imperial Guards have both men and women, same with the imperial Navy, Assasinorum, Inquisition.

Each Faction is uniquely different and have their own spotlight to shine in. no faction is the defacto strongest because each compliment each other, Unfortunately this isnt understood by those who focus solely on representation.

We didnt want Female Custodes, We wanted that love to be given to the Sisters of Silence who are way more deserving of new lore and new stuff. but nooo, DEI forced to Change Custodes to have Females. They'll preach thats its a "small and insignificant change" if it were then why make the change? the change conflicts with years of established lore.

We dont Hate Women in the hobby/universe. They exist in other factions in truly badass ways! Sisters of Battle, Sisters of silence, Inquisition, Assasinorum, Imperial Guards, Imperial Navy, they exist and are waiting for their stories to be told too. But thats not what they want, they want the spotlight on their self inserts headcannons and forcing the hobby to change. thats why we "Gate" and fight back. and we are Labeled every form of "-ists" for it.

Look at what happened with the Witcher series, they had no respect for the Lore/Source, Look at Rings of Power, they tried to "Fix" that universe with Girlboss and disregard the source material.

We value the source Material/Lore and we value its very core idea of it being FICTION, an escape from reality, we dont want reality poured into them when we are trying to escape it.

I Apologize for the wall of text but this is something ive grown quite tired of dealing with, Im Apolitical, but because of how invasive the Left DEI BS has been its been affecting all forms of entertainment we consume to the point of insanity.

I just want a fun game without having to hear how "Men bad" "White Privilege" or have to be forced to hear how some of these characters are "Lesbians" or "gay" when its not central to the Narrative/Setting.

There are lore specific reasons space marines can not be female. There's tons of gay and female rep in the franchise. Stop trying to change things you don't understand.

I think we all know that you just want to be proven right and will only react to the comments that reinforce your negative view.
