before class i think they should give us more weapons, (even if they will give us the volkyte pistol in the first weapon patch that should come soon with heretics astartes skin that was display during the trailers) i think we need more choice or open it up for every class, it feel weird to have a reaver without heavy bolter pistol when in the tabletop game they was the one that had it in first place and most primaris use or can use it.
And where are our flame thrower i mean we are fighting tyranides and no one brought one ?
Look at how limited the healing is already. If they do anything with additional or infinite healing, like introduce an Apothecary class, it would quickly become the meta at higher difficulties. I can't see how an Apothecary could work unless it would more AOE buff based and not direct heals, but they would also have to nerf damage output for the class so it wouldn't be such a no-brainer to always have one on the team.

Will be interesting to see what they do, maybe make it a buffer Apothecary like the biologis in leviathan, but that's basically the tactical ability then.

lol if there was an Apothecary they should have the ability to execute downed allied marines and harvest their geneseed using the Narthecium Reductor. That way having an Apothecary guarantees a geneseed bonus. That'd make for a hilarious meta.

Tech Marines are popular because they are super customizable on the table top. They have access to a large chunk of the armory, can have extra arms that let them carry extra weapons and can acts as a "summoner" to bring Weapon Servitors to the field which lets you bring more heavy weapons without wasting points on Devastator marines. Over and above making vehicles and Dreadnoughts tougher.

So yeah, pretty popular guys. They're the closest the Space Marines can get to a Tau Crisis Battlesuit.

I think they look neat, honestly. The extra arm backpack is pretty badass.

Its just a super poor idea and demand for a class when literally there's far better options, only think they could make tech marine do is make it a turret building class lol...

Nah, they could reinforce armor, they could have a servo skull, they could grant squad buffs for specials.

The actual TechMarine plays a lot of roles. They are vehicle repair, sappers, hackers, actual trained engineers. They could be implemented to do whatever is missing, really.

My concern now after like 60 hours into ops, is the game is far too small scale and lacks variety for any long term support. It's a cool add on it feels like, I almost wish they just made an entire game based on coop ops with much grander open world scale and options, even a Helldivers 2 style drops into planets with a galactic map and vehicles etc, but I feel like the current game will never allow for anything grand to be added. Just gear a of war horde mode and a sketchy pvp and repetitive ops.

You need to go read warhammer lore, rpg lore, play some rpg games, some mmos, maybe play a holy paladin in WOW etc. so you can learn what a healer is.
This guy... lmao. Bulwark is literally a dude with a sword and shield that has a revive and a heal, but "go play a paladin". smh.

Yea Bulwark can full heal both himself and his teammates, no idea wtf he means "Go play a Paladin" Lay on hands doesn't even full heal people in D&D. If he means World of Warcraft, then the Space Marines would have to be able to Bubble Hearth when things get too rough lol.

Bulwark even tanks well, literally has a shield that blocks almost all enemy attacks, spreads out an AoE when armor breaks or parrying that slows and damages nearby enemies while also making them take 25% extra damage.

Bulwark is definitely the closest thing you're getting to a Paladin in 40k.

Closest we got right now is Bladeguard Ancient (Bulwark) with the level...23? perk, which all allies + user have all missing HP converted to Contested HP when in radius of the flag WHEN IT IS PLACED.

When combined with the Team Perk from the same class to half the speed contested HP decays, and executions, it is the most efficient method of healing currently that is not a bug.

By default upon activation of the Banner the Bulwark gains full contested health. With the Perk that revives fallen allies when planting your banner near them, it also gives nearby allies full contested health. The level 23 perk gives full contested health without having to be in the Banner area I believe.

Just goes to show the tooltips of the perks don't tell you everything you need to know.

This is only true for Firstborn marines, who typically start as scouts and then go through the various specialities before becoming a tactical marine at the end.

Primaris do things VERY differently, and are more akin to eldar aspects in that they forgo the versatile and gradual training of firstborn to become pure specialists trained in their one thing and nothing else.

So those primaris scouts ain't novices but dedicated scouts.
