Not Letting me Sign in to PlanetSide 2

I Finished making my account, and it will not let me sign in saying I have a wrong username or password
Station Name: LiveHazard
I have sent password reset's to my email and I have reset my password 3 times.
Yet still says it is wrong []
I even made a second account to see if the error was only with this account, but no it does not work with that one either.
HELP ME!

Wow, its still sending me around in (username) / (password) related circles... I can log in to your website... I can change my password there with only minor irritations... but whatever your using as an authentication server is clearly not up to the job, as its listing my attempt at login (both with old and new username / password combinations) as " Invalid name or password "

Good job its a F2P game and not something they'd have the audacity to demand a sub for.

Guys, whilst browsing around I came across this page https://help.soe.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34974/p/5833

And near the bottom in Account & Billing Support theres a little section about European Account Creation, which was my problem. You get redirected to this - http://launch.soe.com/installer/PS2_PSG_setup.exe
which basically makes you log in to the launcher, but have to download 8.6gig of data again. Which begs the question, what the hell did we just download? But still... I see no other option given the complete lack of actual apssword reset emails and bugginess of the website for us(?)

Ok, I found some cack-handed work around...

Goto: https://help.soe.com/app/ask/

Because you (like me) dont have an account registered on that website, it should give you the option to create a new one... THIS account should now allow you to log in to the game

That fixed this issue for me, worked for about two weeks now im stuck with different problem (Bah!).

Mmh, SOE recently got a different company to handle EU stuff. I was lucky and managed to get a US/Global accoint as the EU systems are just downright crap.

Yeah this eu system is downright bonkers, can't even have a look at some of the ps2's ingame store stuff like their seven money due to that being for americans.

I think contacting SOE or Valve would be the best way to solve this issue
