The rest of COMMANDERVIDEO's unlocks are a little more "different" than the ones you've unlocked so far, although you shouldn't expect a total makeover.
For the sake of me ever using Whetfartz as a character I'm gonna continue calling him/her Burgerface.
At least call him by his fast-food chain, Burger Mouth. lol
I don't mind a lot of the humor used here for some reason, it just works well with the asthetic & everything has a rich background behind it.
On the topic of costumes, they're just that: Costumes. Nothing too huge like an alternate character, but still a small change from the norm. I play the game focusing directly on my character & a visual bubble around him/her to quickly react to what's coming up ahead, so to me I notice just about every detail.
Ah yeah that's what I meant! :D
And I know costumes aren't really that big of a deal but some of them just seemed like a wasted opportunity to me; like they could have given him a dragon costume but instead they just gave him a glove, or took his socks off :P To an extent they almost seem like filler.
I like how most of them (if not all of them) were nods to old games or the BIT.TRIP series as a whole. the Power Glove put a smile on my face when I unlocked it. As well as "In The Buff". Heck, just about all of the costumes made me chuckle or smirk.
