Just made a new account, I can login on the account.ageofconan.com/ page but not ingame. What to do? Changed password but still does not work

Funcom, this game is a GEM. Ever think about overhauling the game completely and re-releasing it? If I remember the biggest complaints at release was gear optimization and the pvp leveling system.
