I was wondering if the drm is eliable and people wont buy the game and then get banned from playing the games multiplayer because someone thoguht they were hacking. I really just want to know how this drm is going to work.

Steam (if you buy it there) is the only DRM it'll have.

For none at all, get it from GOG.com. And you'll get the soundtrack too!

The GOG version just comes with 5 tracks. The full 25 tracks will be sold separately starting July 31. The GOG version does have 3 tracks that you can't get anywhere else right now though: Suck This, Adagio, and CCCool!

Will the Steam version be playable without Steam? Wishing I bought it on GOG now.

Not sure I understand the question.
Do you mean playable with Steam in offline mode?
Do you mean running the game without having Steam running?

Playable without Steam as in playable without Steam. No client running at all.

Only things I know of that do that are old games running on DosBox or another emulator (such as the Apogee Throwback Pack).
Are there any modern games you can do that with?

Rayman Origins to name a highish profile title. Here is an entire list of games that don't even use Valve's own CEG: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/list_of_drmfree_games_on_steam/page1

Steam is not DRM, Steam is a digitable distrubitor. Steamworks is the DRM, learn the difference. And just like El Oshcuro said, no version has DRM.
