Who are these DEVS!?
If I were to go talk to the developers of this game; would I be talking to 3d realms or interceptor? is interceptor 3d realms or is 3d realms interceptor? and have i truly lost my marbles for asking this question?

I thing Apogee/3D Realms is the Publisher and Interceptor the devs.
interceptor is basically working on bombshell right ? i guess i figured they would terminate the interceptor name now that they bought and established 3d realms. im just thinking it would of been cool to make it stand out that this is a 3D REALMS game completely with the new update. apples oranges i think im too tired this morning maybe i shouldnt be on forums. gigity

This, the game is developed by interceptor entertainment and published by Apogee.

the weird thing is that interceptor kinda owns 3D Realms.
Yeah, read something like this on wiki today. Didn't know that before.
I'm me.
This game was made by Knack Inc. with publications by Dunder Distributions LLC.
Interceptor didnt have enough money though so they just had to steal 'em

Get back to work you slacker! :duke:
This game actually has very little to do with the new 3DRealms. Interceptor developed this game basically as a mod team back in 2012-2013 and it was published by the NEW Apogee Software that was spun off in like 2009. None of the IE developers who worked on the game are actively working on it now. Although Fresch still has final approval on all updates along with myself and Apogee.

Interceptor was successful enough from ROTT 2013 and other investments to basically save 3DRealms from extinction and decided to relaunch the brand and continue to keep Interceptor as the main development team under the 3DR banner. Kind of like how Treyarch exclusively makes games for Activision. Interceptor = Development. 3DRealms = Publishing.

Nowadays - Interceptor is developing Bombshell and self-publishing it as 3DRealms while also continuing to re-release the 3DR classics.

Rise of the Triad 2013 is currently upated and maintained by a dedicated group of community testers, one based coder on part-time loan from IE and me - the community/marketing/PR/investor guy. The game is STILL published by the Apogee spinoff company - NOT 3DRealms.

Does this help? PROBABLY NOT I KNOW THIS ♥♥♥♥ IS CONFUSING AYY LMAO.

Basically Dave decided one day he wanted to use some of his billions of dollars to reboot ROTT, so he bought the license, made a great game but accidentally rendered it incorrectly (Exported it with a blender, hense why it has/had optimization issues) withheld the soundtrack from the public but basically in the end it was all a complicated plan to sell some gamer glasses for true gamer gamers.

tl;dr blame dave for everything it was prolly his fault

All facts.
Oldie Apogee games coming back to PC in HD will be something to play, these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ POS games lately with those QTE in cutscenes YES you WAFFLESTEIN The Old Blurb what a fail for representing wolfenstein.

With this there might be hope for gaming and not interactive event driven movies game developers need go back to gaming instead of taking on Hollywood.

Shame that Rott was created on UE the input lag on this engine bothers me, compared to other engines Others.. Well don't compare it to UE4 because that has the same mouse issues.

Vote game for game to be ported over to ID based Engine.

Raw Input can be implemented in the Unreal Engine. The input lag isn't necessarily an inherent thing with the engine itself. I've played other Unreal Engine 3 games that have a great feeling mouse. Unreal Tournament 3 being one of them.
