It should have a bayonet and tthe extended magazine is actually 20 rounds.

that supposedly weapons in French service used a larger 15 or 20 round box
and some were converted to select-fire.,,, In the end, it turned out
that all rifles
delivered to France were standard M1907, completed with magazines for 10 rounds.


The only one weapon passed off as a "French trench version" ended up from Cody Firearms Museum (USA), S/N 47357, manufactured in 1935, with extra long magazine, sling swivels, and bayonet lug (for US M1892 Krag bayonet), was offered for sale only to law enforcement and penitentiaries.
