Gateways doesn't start [solved]

I can't get to make Gateway run. Every time I click on Play a "Installing" message appears and after a while it disappears, but nothing else happens. During the (long and slow) installation I got an error message about some framework 4 but I admit I don't remember what it said. Any help?

I got the Framework 4 from Microsoft site and started to install it. My system told me it was already installed but I ignored it and installed the framework again. Now I can play Gateways.
I still don't understand what happened, but I don't care. Thank you mate.
