Restricted in Ardenmill

I can't do anything in Ardentmill since three days ago. It said that 'item crafting, disassembling, and fusing area are all disabled while you are restricted from trading items or transferring Mesos'. I'm in reboot and I think I haven't done anything wrong. Does anyone know what happened?Thanks a lot!
