building problems with kolonies

when i start a skirmish i build up evrything and start founding colonys but i cant build battleships... it always says you need a colony to support 5 battleships... well even with 5 colonys it whont let me build battleships.

that would be cool its a older game but its disturbing the enemy trows one battlship after another into battle and i cant cause this "bug"

Hey Jaket it's been over 6 months since you were going to fix this problem 'asap'. The game was working just fine on my pc until the forced update which has stuffed it up. Can you resolve this asap as promised. Thanks.
