Character stuck in a wall

Hi guys,
so we were playing the game for Halloween with a couple of friends, we come right near the end, after we woke up, we started to explore the house. We found the safe, try to enter the code (which wasn't possible with a controller btw) with the computer keyboard. As soon as we hit start, we found our character still playable, but stuck on the right side of the screen. As if it was stuck in the wall, like a colision bug. The worse thing is : the character can't move! We can't finish the game!

How can we solve this problem quickly?
