The issue seems to be on Valve's end. We've requested that Capcom contact them to resolve ASAP.

Also, this issue might not be limited to FBF - we've encountered the same problem trying to access achievement data for other parts of Steam.

I personally like the indirect reference to Gamecenter CX via the achievement for killing 1000 enemies (Yie Ar Kung Fu was one of the first games Arino played on GCCX).
