I bet the game on normal, hard, cruel difficulties, completed guardian mode and got 50/50 achievements, and still have this menu locked.

I believe that option is Stages (it lets you view them). I am not sure, however, why it isn't unlocked.

Oh, exactly. I remember viewing stages before, and completely forgot about it. Somehow this menu became unavailable now, some time after I unlocked and viewed it. Also I can't play CRUEL mode even after completeing it. That's strange.

What did you need to do to unlock Characters?

Hmm. The fact that Stages and Cruel Mode are both unselectable, is rather odd. Could be a bad glitch? Have you altered any of the game files? Maybe try verifying the game cache files? Have you tried uninstalling/installing the game again? Might work.

Nope. It seems like a glitch. Anyway, I don't care at all because I fully completed the game and have nothing more to achieve in it.
