No one here can help you we are just other customers. You will need to contact either Valve or the game's publisher.

Anyway, you should just buy it in a game bundle like everyone else, it's only a few cents then.

The last one it was in just ended, you would have to wait for another one with it included to start up. It has been in a few already. You can also buy it on Desura, Gamersgate, GreenmanGaming, or Gamestop though.

You can go to trade sites like steamtrades and get it for some cards, i did that with mine, its cheap like 6 cards. Regards.
