Report a translation problem
The file is compressed in 7zip format. Extract the files to a folder and just launch the install.bat file. everything will work from there.
If you don't have 7zip, I went ahead and uploaded a regular zip archive

Once the fix is applied you don't have to do anything else, you can delete the files and it will continue to work.

I haven't even played my copy of Beyond Divinity. Is it plagued by the same issues as well?
