This is an excellent combat pet, and looks like an extremely cool Samurai. I was idly checking Seasonal Rewards and spotted that I must have earned it ages ago. All you need to do is kill 200 mobs with a melee weapon! To check if you have it, press ESC, click Manibus (Novice) in top-right corner, then click Seasonal Goals, then click Of Mist and Mirage, and finally Challenges.

I would imagine most of you have the reward available. If so, enjoy!
