How to contact support

Is there a way to contact game support? I bought the unicorn skin for my sniper but I can't find it anywhere in my skins and, in the shop, that tells me it's unlocked. I've also looked in the menu and on the game's website where I could contact support and I couldn't find anything.

Would someone be able to help me?

I'm kind of in the same boat. I bought the sunroof material pack and it's not in my build menu or inventory. I've contacted customer support on the discord and they insist on telling me what I bought was a skin. Paid money for something I don't have and can't use because they tell me it's a skin pack. Unless I'm not looking in the right place for it I'm out $30. They won't help.

Apparently it has to be via Discord. If you haven't been to their Discord server, be warned that there are DOZENS of channels and it may take a while to find the CS channel.

Oh, and you can't post on the Once Human Discord channels without giving them your cell phone number for them to "verify" you.

I don't know why these guys says the discord thing, is total bs, I went there and spent 20 minutes looking for this "support" tab where everything is explained, that is non existant. The closest to that is the "in-game-help" which I used, and got completely ignored lol. So yeah, YT is our best bet right now

If others have found it but you haven't, don't you think it's a "you" problem? You need to learn how to use Discord filter my friend.

They have #customer-service in #FEEDBACK

I don't know how effective they are, but you can still try.

How do you go about getting them to change how the new pets work in pve once human I mean I just watch someone kill my wolf and when I came out of my house to see in game the person tp out of there and I didn’t get there name or a pic but since then have built a house for the rabbits so they can’t do that again

How to raise complaint? A player named- Drakarys came to my base looted my creates/demolished multiple items. More than 80+hours grind dusted. Checked his name/act from territory tower logs. Server- Southeast asia-PVP01-X0031. My id- Gina_YT.

It's PvP. If you are flagged then that is why. All within the rules of PvP server.
