Update: Missing file privileges
Can't update or launch the game now. What is going on?

I have:
Cleared cash
Ran as administrator
Repaired library
Verified files
Checked antivirus quarantine for any game files
Restarted steam

IDK what is going on

I just changed the Steam server and it still failed. I can't think of any other means of launching the game now. Can anyone help me at all?

I updated and restarted windows, now it works. So I do not know what fixed it. Sorry to whomever may have this issue after me.

not technically nerco this fourm, but one way i have find to fixing it is basically going to the file location, moving it to an empty folder, then re-click the download so it downloads the 'missing files" then move the files from earlier back to the main file location then validate it. Hopefully this works for some having this issues (also sorry in advance if how i type it is hard to follow for some)
