Do i have to be level 50? I'm at level 43 and its such a slog, levelling is super slow and i've run out of settlements to do

If i have tier V weapons and tier V armor can I beat final boss then?

Forgotten Giant and LEA Labs are less casual friendly than other content and will likely require a few tries before you get the mechanics down for a clear.

It's very doable and I've seen lv40 players clear Forgotten Giant, but it'll likely be easier to clear it with a party rather than solo.

LEA Labs it doesn't particularly matter if you enter at lv40 or lv50, you'll be lv50 by the time you finish it. Bring a full party or you will not defeat this dungeon.

No you not ready, I know the lower content is easy but the last 2 are no joke. Pro only mode. Lvl 40 got no shot.

At level 40, you can beat the first 4 bosses, up to the shadow hound at lvl. 40, on normal difficulty, and there's other content that is scaled for around that level as well. however, anything on hard/pro mode, LEA, and the lvl. 50 monoloth with the forgotten giant are very likely going to be beyond your capabilities until you get your level up, with some decently calibrated gear
