Game isn't made well for the PC. You need at least some dedicated graphic card to run it stable. :/
This doesn't happend with Sonic Adventure DX :V
Second, its probably beause Sonic Adventure DX runs natively at 720p or a lower resolution with very low resolution textures. Sonic Adventure 2 runs at a native 1080p with upscale native textures. Thus, it's sligthly more demanding.
Overall, don't be that guy that doesn't know anything. Be informative and aware that not all games run the same.
