making a RK and wondering what trait i should pick.

Toss a coin... until you hit about level 65, you can't do multiples (no where near enough points)
If you want to be a healer, you go one tree; if you want to be DPS, you go the other.

Once you get to about level 65, you should have around 51 points, and can complete one tree and spend a couple of points in another.

Until then, you can simply use all points in one tree, save it; then do the same thing in the other tree... then you can switch between the two anytime you are out of combat.
