Aria Of Valar Package gone.

Good Evening, I bought the Mordor Expansion Ultimate Version and I created a High Elf Champ, got the Aria of The Valar Package, but I deleted her after leveling up a few levels since I had decided to create another High Elf, but this time as a Hunter. But by deleting her, I also deleted the Aria Of The Valar Package with the level 105 boost, armor and weapons. I regret this decision and I already sent a ticket on the same day requesting help from the GMs, but I haven't got an answer yet. Is requesting a ticket and waiting for a GM to do something the only way to recover the package or is there any other way?

You get 1 Aria of the Valar item. If you deleted it, you're screwed basically.
I hope they respond to your ticket, but that might take a few days.
Customer support might be another option. (Not that they are quick to respond though)

I bought the Deluxe Edition, but that Item didn't show up in my inventory. Think I had 2-3 tickets sent in .. eventually they just mailed me it in-game. Some people on Reddit@Lotro claiming you have to purchase an inventory increase item off the store (accountwide) that would make it appear.

It's always been said you get 1 'oops' return. If you accidently delete your toon you can request it back and they'll do it, but only the one time.
