Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection

locked at 54-55fps with nvidia adaptive v-sync
Hi all, anyone have a solution to use adaptive v-sync on this game? before the 16th february update i had no problems, now i must use standard v-sync in order to have 60fps, but the problem is that sometimes i have have fps drops, whereas with nvidia adaptive v-sync there is no drops.

Thanks for all answerers

Somehow missed this. Are you familiar with using a frame rate limiter in conjunction with adaptive v-sync? Maybe limiting your FPS to 60 might fix things.
HI, thanks for answer me.
No i have never used an fps limiter instead of standard v-sync and recently nvidia adaptive v-sync.
What is strange is the problem appears since 16th februar update and it is the only game where adaptive v-sync causes this problem. if i have time im going to reinstall SASRT and look if problem is still there, but you think that an standard fps limiter can be as efficient as v-sync to reduce screen tearing?

soory for my bad english im french^^
fps limiters work differently to v sync. I'm suggesting to use both v-sync and fps limiter at the same time, to see if it makes it any smoother for you.
The feb 16th update implemented a frame rate limiter which will run when the game options set to disable vsync. This could related to what you're experiencing.
the last update limited the game to 60 fps even without v sync, i think because people with 120hz monitors where getting alot of stuttering
thx for answers. finally with the standard v-sync that is not so disturbing, i have only fps drop on samba studios in boat section but no problem on other track (for the moment)
maybe next update will fix that, i hope!

thx for all !
