Loading Server problem

Everytime click on a server , i'm not sure if it's trying to load the server or something but nothing ever comes up.. i even let the server try to load up over night and it stayed on the same screen. nothing else ever pop up. so im not sure what is happening. please someone tell me what's happening or if the problem can be solved i really want to play this turn by turn MMORPG :(

and when i press (esc) i only get the option to exit game and to return to game...i reaslly want to play really bad

I have the same problem, I have tried everything from.

1) restarting computer, and opening the .exe directly from the original folder instead of using loader.

2) restarting router and/or flushing dns settings in command prompt.

3) Deleting original file download from nexon and re-downloading it throught steam

4)♥♥♥♥♥♥ an earlier patch version so it would re-download the latest one.

Im and out of ideas, nexon wont answer back, ive been trying to play this game for 3 days now,.

Nexon don't care about the Steam version, only the official version works properly. See here:

downoad an earlier version of the game and dont patch it. that worked for me. Hardly worth 30Gb of rial and error bmonthly bandwidth though...

The steam version is broken. You gotta use the main client downloaded from the Nexon website.

Same thing for me. Played fine before Nexon took it over. BOO Nexon BOO

So fixed it. Don't start it through steam, go to your Steam\SteamApps\common\Atlantica and launch atlantica.exe directly. It will bypass the loading screen. Probably has to do with atlantica d3d engine and steam overlay not working together.
