Opinions on the endings [SPOILERS, obviously]?
What was your opinion on the two endings (with the two slight variations per ending based on your final choices)? Were they amazing, satisfactory, fitting, terrible, etc.?

i really really really didnt expect anna to....yah hard to say wow
Yeah, the twist was unpredictable, shocking, and smoothly inserted into the story; it was one of the best (and saddest) parts of the game.
Didn´t expect any of what happen from a certain point in the plot, even when Anna ... ok, it´s hard to say, such a great character and the way it happens, it just ♥♥♥♥ing brilliant, I´ll give the writters that.

I got the "killing the traitor, then report your findings on internet", just my first playtrough. I´ll have to give it a try and see how much does the game branches depending on choices and see the other ending. I was expecting some short of hidden video after credits but it never came, altough the newspapers on the back was a nice touch.

I got frustrated on the game a few times because of the "drag STM items on a dialogue" and all of that, takes a time to get use to and sometimes it just doesn´t make that much sense that the characters don´t make the connection on themselves when it´s crystal clear, but I´m ok getting stuck in this kind of games, if not you would complete them in just a day of playing.

The script is sublime for my taste, loved the idea that the player doesn´t really knows everything the character knows and their motivations, and all of the twist just make the game better. I´m pleased with some puzzles like Anna´s dream to get away of the "demon" or the intruder in her house, or Morales crypted diary ... din´t enjoy that much the tortoise safe, the kind of broken "magnet for the key" puzzle or crawling forever on air ducts with children Anna. Liked a lot the 4 characters personas and interactions, and also the fact that kind of make me remember Day of The Tentacle (C´mon Schafer, make a friking HD remake out of dat for god´s sake, or put on steam the original, I hate using emulators) which is always something nice to remember.
Hated the twist and after that really didn't care any more about the ending. The whole game essentially felt like a waste of time digging around Anna's memory when her brain ends up splattered all over the room 2/3 into the game.

The game would have been much better if it would have been written straight forward and actually let you deal with Ed's dilemma instead of just ♥♥♥♥ing around with player agency and ruining it all.
Totally disagree with you grumbel. I will remember this game for the masterfully, smoothly executed twist. Powerful like a Resonance blast. A life of sadness ending sadly. And then leaving you with the worst possible fit as a team to save the world. Great writing.
