You don't have to avoid all the circles, instead you want to deliberately step on some. The trick is 3 of them will cause her to dash forward and do a sweep only, which you can avoid by kicking her.

So once you find the 3 safe circles, just trigger it, Kick/Punch/Kick/Air Dash out, repeat. Since she dash in with red armor state, You can also dragon kick her for critical damage.
