Snuggly doesn´t speak after latest Steamworks Beta Patch

After the latest Steamworks Beta patch suddenly Snuggly (aka Hawkgirl) suddenly does not speak her usual lines when I come close. Tried restarting, new Char, reinstalling etc. but nothing helped. I don´t know if it only affects her spoken lines, or also the ability to trade with her, as I started new and hadn´t had the time to test that.
Is that a known Problem ? Anybody has that as well ?
And if is it at least possible to trade with her later ? I can live without the spoken dialogue (though hardly :P), but bugged trading would suck.

She didn't speak once i came back to nothern asylym, but trade works, as the reloading on her nest will make her speak.

Btw if i am right u can't trade with her when u just started the game (u woke up in the prison tralala)

You can trade wíth her as soon as you start the game.
