Game crashing at Interval 5

After i get past the section near the end of interval 4 with the helicopter after getting to those double doors, The grame has problems loading the next section

Check integrity of game files. I had similar thing in original fear and it repaired this.

Aaahh, had this issue as well. Fixed it by setting resolution to the lowest(640x480) and the Performance settings to Minimum. Try this if you run into this issue.

This just happened to me. Lowering everything worked... eventually. It took a few attempts before the game would move on to the next area.
