it is already fully released. a half-assed one too.

It's completely playable and has a community chock full of amazing modders, honestly people, when will you ever be satisfied? I don't even play vanil campaign anymore, I use fan-made campaign mods like Unmapped Lands 2, and if not that I just play skirmishes.

Catty is completely incorrect. The devloper has moved on to other projects, and MIGHT release a few bugfixes in the next 6 months or so, but i wouldnt count on it.

Technicaly it is not done, in it even says campaign isn't finished. I hope he has the worst of luck on his next projects.
