Spits on enemies, debuffing their armor. Explodes when defeated, debuffing all nearby enemy units.

Smoker x3
(defense)

3 attack range
Pulls enemies close. When defeated, explodes into a cloud of smoke, debuffing all nearby enemies, reducing their damage.
[works similiar to priestess' debuff]

Spitter x3
(offense)
650 health points, 0% armor 0% resist
200 magic damage
2 move range
3 attack range
Knocked out enemies cannot be revived, but still may be feasted on by the infected.

Jockey x3
(offense)

200 physical damage

1 attack range

Charger x3

200 physical damage

Charges at distant enemies, pinning them down, dealing additional 100 damage with each subsequent attack to this enemy.
[same range as chieftain's charge]

Witch x2
(super unit)
800 health points, 0% armor 0% resist
300 physical damage
2 move range
1 attack range
Becomes startled when attacked, dealing double damage until killed.

Tank x1
(super unit)
1000 health points, 20% armor 0% resist
300 physical damage
2 move range
1 attack range
Throws boulders at 3 squares range when standing on Power Boost tile.


*note* infected units are a little weaker than other teams' units, but instead you get more of them. This is to balance their lack of items (same as was done with TF2 team).

Not bad...
for the jockey, how about his ability is that he can pounce on somebody (up to 2 tiles away) and moves them to a random tile within one range each turn, dealing 100 damage each turn until it is killed. When he pounces on somebody it should do 200 damage and 100 if he is not killed by the end of your oppenents next turn. Btw, AMAZING IDEA. I would... SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!
Sounds good, but what about the survivors? Combining both the teams. The team would be like 2 of each survivor or one of each and alot of weapons and items, with ways to revive them and heal them.
but still, there is quite a LOT of units that can come out of the academy door right there, with all those X3s, also, it would be illogical for the hunter to have less hp than a fat butterball with extremely thin skin, that bursts on death

21, that's just 3 more than TF2. But they have 0 items to balance that out.
And yeah, maybe Boomer could have 650 too, after all he is very fragile in L4D.
Nice idea, but the biggest problem I see is that they have absolutely no way of rezzing a knock-out unit, as such the enemy team would never need to stomp them and so any enemy unit with 3 range would absolutely devastate them.

As for continuing the idea. A L4D survivor team could be the exact antithesis of this team. Only 8 units, each one a unique character from the series, but tons of items, such as med-packs and different weapons with different abilities.
