6 GB minimum RAM requirement mandatory

For those sitting on the fence about RAM purchases - I have 4 GB and the game will not start. So if you want to play this game, it looks like you'll need to get the hardware (at least for now).

This doesn't sound right, the game should play fine with 4gb, I mean I recommend having 6-8 anyways, but this sounds like a different problem.

My operating system is 64-bit. I physically have 4 GB of memory, all of which is recognised by Windows.

The mistake is my own, of course - I didn't check the game's minimum requirements. But given the track record of Call of Duty games, I wasn't aware I would have a problem with 4 GB, so this blind-sided me.

yeah i know its silly to force someone to buy 6gb ram, i bet it only use 2gb ram, only thing i say is, that we already know this since last month, its not a new news, kinda expected it

I actually expected the game to still run with less than 6 GB installed, but that's just ridiculous. Also since it's nowhere specified that the game just won't start when you do have less than 6 GB.

Though, OP, provide proof.
