can t find right key in pc to throw knife wtf

You have to put it as a actual weapon in place of the grenade.

If you have throwing knifes equipped you should be able to throw them with the "G" key or whatever is assigned to throw grenades.

Yes, use the G key or whatever you have assigned to throw lethals. I had trouble with it the first time too playing the Campaign. Another thing you need to do (at least in the Campaign) is look for a target symbol in the middle of your screen and make sure it's pointed at your target properly. I haven't used the knife in multi-player or online, so it may behave differently.
