Need Help To write Review

I love this game so much but it's a shame that this game is not available in my region anymore. So I could not buy it from steam. I bought it from Fanatical, then it was added to my library. Now from my steam library when I click at write review for this game it takes me to a different page. I want to write a review on this great game. Someone please suggest me what to do.

Have you tried to write via vpn? you can use free vpn browser plugins

Sorry for being this late but I tried with vpn, that doesn't work. When I browse steam as a guest using vpn Street fighter x Tekken can be viewed but the moment I log in with my account everything becomes the same.
