Collector's Edition Captain's Costume Pack - How get?

So I bought the Collector's Edition 4-pack, so that I and my friends could play together (and I was conveniently the only one that could afford it, but anyway...). I got the extra copies just fine and have played a couple of games with them, loving it so far.

My problem is this - the promised "Captain's Costume Pack" appears to not exist. Is this just because it's still Beta (albeit released tomorrow)?

I believe we should be sending out a promo-code that you can input in the store to gain those items. One of our engineers is in the process of making sure that functionality is in and working properly. The Captain's costume pack items are all finished and in the database, so it is just a matter of making them available for the people who preordered.

Hey guys, if you bought the game on Steam, they should enable that automatically for you. So ignore what gomidog just said, lolol. Gomidog is going to beat me up now.

Ah, my bad. You only enter the code if you bought the game on our site. If you preordered on Steam, it should show up when you get the game, once it is not beta anymore.

Steam seems to be bugged. Since going "live", the beta is now listed as the full version, yet the "Guns of Icarus Pre-Order" still appears in my library. Also, there is no sign of the collector's edition content.

We've contacted Steam about the collector's edition DLC (soundtrack and costumes) not showing up properly. Just waiting for them to respond -- this one is in their hands.
