Report a translation problem
The main focus is to give players who would like to captain, but aren't secure enough in their own skills to do so in a regular match, which means anyone at levels 1-3 AS CAPTAIN, so all you level 12 gunners who have never flown out of fear of losing face - this is your chance :). To get around level capping I'll be using the "Form Crew" lobby so use click to join when I start spamming chat about it.
each ship had experienced captains crewing as advisors as well as experinced gunners and engies in some cases.

great - I'd recommend you go through an engie session because it will give you a grounding that you can use in other roles - specifically how ship layouts decide how responsibilities are shared among the crew, and prioritisation in relation to what each roles should be doing in given circumstances. I'll be organising a session for tomorrow (4th August).
