me too man
WBID reward verification went inactive some time ago. Add me and we'll exchange info via Steam chat. I'll email you guys both a Normal and Hard 0% no-progress save with the 1 Million skin and the Robin character trophy pre-unlocked. Bear in mind that they'll be for the first save slot, but you can change the save to the 2-4 save slot position by simply editing the last number before the .sgd extension suffix to a value between 1-3. You'll find your .sgd save files here:
Steam \ userdata \ Steam User Number \ 209000 \ remote \ SpSave_v2_0.sgd

Easy fix to unlock OneMillion skin

Any DLC required

On the example of "Batman: Arkham Origins - Infinite Earths Skin Pack"

go to Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\DLC\237621\DLC_SkinsOrigins2-BmGame.ini

and add

+PlayableCharactersV2=(BaseId=0, Id=11, Name="Batman_OneMillion", bBad=false, Mask=0, LockedSkinID=ESkin_1Million, bIgnoreLock=true)

imgur.com/a/7DE5cyP

The difference between the original code is "bIgnoreLock = true"

[Editing "Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\BMGame\Config\BmGame.ini"
does not work
changing bIgnoreLock = false to true in the BmGame.ini file causes this error imgur.com/a/uLrlb6E]

Edit November 23, 2020

Also you can download my pack

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2296152918
new version includes

Knightfall DLC
OneMillion and New52Metallic Unlock

additionally optional unlock for
Injustice and DarkKnight skin
I like this. I've been emailing the no-progress saves with the skin and Robin trophy unlocked because I've procrastinated setting up Google files, or any similar off-site storage. This way they can always have the skins without worrying about accidentally deleting their original saves.
JonaAMano, I send you a friend request. I'm interessed in savefiles

Knightfall DLC [New Millennium Skins Pack required] +OneMillion fix
drive.google.com/open?id=1gDOOAdOau3Q7dcLIJl6YfOXY_z4-Msda

[Cold, Cold Heart
Initiation
collide with Knightfall DLC files

i mean adding Knightfall DLC to
Cold, Cold Heart/Initiation folder

that's the reason why DLC skins is appropriate/required

will work with files .ini responsible for
Season Pass [257070]
Infinite Earths Skins Pack [237621]
New Millennium Skins Pack [237620]
Black Mask Challenge Pack [237618] ]

Sorry if it's a dumb question, but is it legal to fix it like that?
I know that this modification allows you to unlock a skin you were supposed to get for free, so it doesn't sound like something wrong at all, but, it doesn't hurt to ask, right? ^^
I'd say it's more legal than, selling a game that you're adverting with achievements, but a good portion of them are completely unobtainable

That's a good point. I haven't paid attention to the achievements yet but now that you're saying it I'm affraid I won't get many of them. ^^'
It seems to be possible to unlock all the skins mentioned in the BmGame.ini file by this method. Not sure if all of the skins in BmGame.ini are unlockable by playing the game, or if some of them are exclusively obtained by paying for a DLC, but I don't think that something you can easily edit in an .ini file should be considered illegal.

No it's NOT a good point! Any game with multi player component will eventually lose the online part... Nothing i their ToS (that you agree to when buying the game) promises you that all online related features will be available until the heat-death of the universe!
Whatever. ^_^

Can you send me the save file too? I want to get that skin
Semir, follow the instructions in comment #5. Emailing skins is no longer needed.
Hey I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, but I tried adding the code to the DLC I have and nothing happened. Does it require skin DLC?
