Report a translation problem
1. Files and folders are two distinctly different things.
2. If you can see the saves in your 'The Witcher' folder (and I am assuming you mean the one located at 'C:\Users\(Your Username)\My Documents', you'll need to move them into the sub-folder 'saves' in your 'The Witcher' folder. If said sub-folder does not exist, create it and move the saves there.
If everything is already in place as described above, maybe your saves are corrupted?
