@OP

Just restore the backups you most certainly made before reinstalling windows. For the future: GameSave Manager[www.gamesave-manager.com]

Can you anyone show me how to back up back games save from steam?
CarlinFan 14 mai. 2013 às 16:21
Um, noooooo. You should have backed up your saves before reinstalling windows (duh!). I presumed on your intelligence/savviness, that you had most certainly done so.

I mean, who doesn't make a backup of personal files before reinstalling the OS? O.o They're gone. Poof. Byebye. The first game does NOT support cloud saves, AFAICT.

The second one should either download the saves from the cloud on its own or offer you a choice of whether or not to do so. Provided, of course, that it supports cloud saving in the first place. Having the retail version, I wouldn't know about that.

As for your question about how to back up save games: GAMESAVE FRICKING MANAGER!!![www.gamesave-manager.com]

You want to know an idiot-proof way of backing up and restoring save games?

For the third and last time:
CLICK THIS LINK--> GAMESAVE MANAGER[www.gamesave-manager.com] <---CLICK THIS LINK

Maybe if you post your problem again in your native language... some things you say just don't make sense.

Yeah, the first game has file saves that are too large for Steam Cloud (so even though it says it's syncing saves to Cloud, it actually isn't). I learnt this the hard way when my old computer fried itself. Luckily I was able to hook up my old HDD into my new rig and recover the saves.
So yeah, It's highly recommend to backup your saves onto a second HDD, online storage or even a USB stick (at least for TW1).

This program is by far the most amazing thing for a Gamer.

I make daily back ups of all my game saves,

I have over 180 indexes of saves, it backs up all your games, even the Games For Windows Live titles and your profile get backed up.

You can keep these all in a single file, or as individual saves, but if you do the single file you can still choose which you want to recover.

A smart recommendation is to keep them all on a cloud saving program/website as SkyDrive. This I will actually do myself from now on it sounds very smart.
