game slowdown when turning the camera

not sure if there is already a topic about it but i wanted to know if there is any way to fix this, its realy annoying, when im trying to get a specific angle it seems that something in that direction makes the game slower and the camera seems to "skip" that spot with a small freeze so i end up losing some time to be able to see what i need to see so i can go on with my game

a little too late, i found out that it was related to the number of npcs in that particular area, it did annoyed me throughout the game, but i finished it weeks ago.
