I get solid 60fps on low graphics settings. I think the "minimum requirements" on the steam page must be incorrect because my laptop is WAAAY under all that and it runs fine.
No it dosen't run amazingly, it might be fine for you but not 99% of other people who have it. Plus it's capped 30fps so I don't know where you're getting Solid 60fps from

Every idiot with half a brain can rewrite 30 to 60 or more in the ini file to uncap it lol
Anyway. Yes. It's running perfectly fine. Then again, I'm playing on the lowest possible settings so that is probably contributing to the smooth frame-rate I'm getting.
Better than nothing though ^.^ I'm satisfied.
PS. Yes. I unlocked the 60 fps in the ini files. Was very easy lol
Lucky you, I recently upgraded to gtx 770 4gb, 16 gb ram and i5 4670k .. pc pretty much enough for running it on max without the nvidia stuff, yet I get like 10-15 fps on low and 3,5 vram usage. Can't wait for patch lol. On my older pc it worked so much better .. guess the closer you have specs to console, the better you can play, at least it was like this in my case.
Nah, you won't most likely, pretty much tried everything there is to ... ini tweaks, the tool there is on forums, have win 10, reinstalled drivers and stuff, still the same. But if you do, go ahead, would be cool.
