Season Pass: Arkham Episodes greyed out

Hi,
altough I own the season pass the menu option arkham episodes is greyed out and the additional content isn't available to play.
I found out the same even happens on consoles like PS4.

Is it a bug? Or is there any special trick to unlock this area. I'm already at 93% and some friends who are not that progressed like me are already playing the Harley episode ...

How should it depend on where I got the game?

Depends on where you got the game, if you pre-ordered from Steam or a couple of other places you'd have the Harley episode unlocked straight away. The season pass will give you the DLC but only after the exclusivity period has ended which I think they said was two months.

Only some retailers were offering the Harley DLC early for pre-ordering, if you got it from a cd key website for example then there's a big chance you didn't get the early access and will have to wait like everyone else who bought the premium edition after release date.

You should have a second Steam key just for the Harley Quinn DLC if you did get the pre-order bonus. It comes up as 'Harley Quinn Story Pack' in the DLC section for the game if you have it installed.

Harley IS NOT part of the Season Pass AT THIS POINT.
I know this because I got it on GMG and they gave me 2 keys, one key was Game+Season Pass, Harley was a completly different key and the DLC itself did not download until I activated it. (it's 1 GB btw)
It's as The Dude posted, if it's not in your DLC list, then you don't have it, but if you pre-ordered from a retailer offering it, ask for your missing key.

Some places added the Harley key after release. So also check your order status if you bought online with someone other than Steam. Mine did without even telling me and when I went to their Facebook page a lot of people were asking about it. Then one person commented how he just found it on his order status so checked mine and it was there. So you might have the Harley DLC and not know it on your order status page. With the one I went with, it was late in the day of release day it was added. Basically, check with whoever you got the game from if you preordered and didn't get the code.
