gtx 970 performance post patch
so i have a gtx 970 and a 3770 and with everything turned to max apart from smoke/debris i get 60 fps 99% of the time and it only drops to 55 when saving and on a couple of occasions when gliding. but its not a sustained drop. literally less than a second.

i7/970 here and my experience is the same. My sympathies for those who have had, or continue to have issues but I think some positive stories should be heard too.

Same here...4770K and a GTX970 G1 GAMING...All maxed out except for smoke/fog and debris...60fps at 1080p all the time with a few dips to 55 when driving...not very noticeable though...

GTX 970 Strix, i5 3570k@4.0Ghz, 8gigs of ram and running on Windows 10. There is an improvement in performance with dips of around 10fps when gliding but when driving in the Batmobile my fps dip into the 40's which, for me, still makes the game somewhat unplayable. I'm currently downloading AK onto my SSD with hope that it'll perform as well as is does for you, although I'm thinking the cause of my weaker performance may be a CPU issue?

well i have a hybrid drive. not sure if that makes much of a difference. i did delete all arkham knight files and just redownloaded the whole game though. many people say this helps

I got huge drops (sometimes the game freezes for 5 to 10 seconds) with every graphical settings maxed out (or enabled) post patch. These happen even more frequently than before the patch.
I've got 8GB of RAM in my case and an i7 4790k.

So I'm wondering, what quantity of RAM do you all have ? Is that normal that my game is still fundamentally broken ?

Can't even max out the game with our rigs ? Is that a joke ?
Sarcasm aside, I did turn the smoke option off but it didn't change anything to the screen freezes...

same here with a gtx970, but for me those dips to 55 when driving are really noticeable.

i'm getting odd texture issues with Gotham City itself when i'm going by buildings, once I get closer to them, they load in properly http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=512626412

Pretty much the same as everyone else with a 970. 60fps Max, dips to 50-55fps. The odd dip down to 40-45fps.
