It's working for me.
I just went past 88 fps, travelled back in time and made your parents use a prophylactic.
Expect to wink out of existence anytime soon.
Sounds fun.
We’ve been working with our development and graphics driver partners over the last few months to investigate utilizing multi-GPU support within Batman: Arkham Knight. The result was that even the best case estimates for performance improvements turned out to be relatively small given the high risk of creating new issues for all players. As a result we’ve had to make the difficult decision to stop work on further multi-GPU support. We are disappointed that this was not practical and apologize to those who have been waiting for this feature.
Allright that nice of you to take time to tell us. I won't wait any longer to begin the game and see if a single 680 can do the job.
Have a nice day !
Okay, so, the promise you've been making the last 6 months was utter horse crap. Good work. I suggest you find another line of work. You're awful. You have zero development ability or talent. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. Utterly and completely ashamed. You are not fit for purpose, not one bit. The worse part is again, waiting this long to tell us. Not only are you crap developers, but you're liars.
I for one look forward to the inevitable class action lawsuit; which due to the publicity, you guys will eat, and be forced to swallow.
The game is dead. Pack it up, folks.
This is, well this is disappointing. I generally keep a very powerful PC, but I upgraded ahead of my usual schedule for this game. I know it probably sounds silly, but Arkham Knight was *the* game I was waiting for this year so I upgraded just so I could crank all the settings and then some and get absolutely lost in it.
This latest letdown is not a life changing event, I'm an adult and a father and this is just a game, but it is extremely disappointing how this title was handled. WB, Rocksteady, Iron Galaxy, you let me down this time in such a fashion as I'm unsure I'll even give you the opportunity to do so again. Especially Rocksteady, you folks were in my top three of development studios I currently supported. Didn't expect you folks to just drop the ball like this. You were the good guys.
Unless it has changed within the last week or two, there is actually a provision in the Batman: Arkham Knight EULA which specifically states you CANNOT sue the company, and further emphasizes class-actions: https://twitter.com/BlueLightsShine/status/661663161246875648
I read the EULA and took note of this provision before making my initial decision to buy the game and play through it once the "unlimited refunds" offer became available. This is just another reason for every PC user to refund it. I was planning on buying the game again on the cheap sometime down the road, since I did legitimately enjoy it as a GAME once I was able to work my way through nearly 90% of all the content, but this will make me question that decision.
Actually, law takes precendence over EULA's, and in a LOT of places clauses like that are not allowed. Especially in Europe. So it doesn't matter what the EULA says.
