I remember there being an item code to spawn as many starport visas as you wanted those anone happen to have the code??

Just in case anyone else in the future find this thread -

giveitem pl_visa

That is the console command to give yourself an extra/open Starport Visa. No matter how many you have (be it one or one thousand) every time you trade or give a visa to someone it removes all of them from your inventory. So you have to enter the command each time you want to give an NPC an open visa.

Was wrong have to kill lady that drops open visa before you can keep spawning them

There are two NPCs on Onderon, combat with which will yield them dropping an open starport visa. One of them is unavoidable combat and it's not Bekkel, so you can wind up with two of them legit without cheats. Never noticed if they stack or not. As soon as I score one I run to the cantina to deal with the evil merchant there for my reward.
