Issues streaming the game

I really want to stream this game on Twitch. Whenever I do tho, It's heavily choppy and laggy. Other games like Mass Effect 3, Pubg, or whatever run flawlessly.
I use OBS.

Maybe someone knows how I can stream it without any problems?

If no settings change (like turning off shadows, grass, soft shadows, and frame buffer effects), GPU driver updates, or system updates work for you... check out the TSL of the OLD PC mod.
