My Solution To the Open GL issue

I had the Open GL issue, when I tried to load Doom 3 BFG. I selected screen resolution as I usually have 2 monitors running duplicate or sometimes extended image. I changed the settings to display on only one monitor and from that point on I have had no open GL issues.
